Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. The location was very convenient, close to shops and the beach. However, the service left much to be desired, as I found the staff to be rude at times. Overall, it offers good value for money, but some improvements in service would make a big difference.
I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore nearby shopping malls. The rooms were spacious and offered some nice amenities, but I did have a concern with exposed wires from a faulty socket. The service was hit or miss, with some friendly staff and others not as helpful. Overall, I’d say there’s good value for money, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite spacious, modern, and clean, making it a reasonable choice for a couple of nights. While the service left something to be desired with a few unfriendly staff members, the location was fantastic, close to amenities and attractions. I wasn't thrilled with the dining options, as they didn't quite meet international standards, but the overall experience was decent for the price.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Terminal 21 shopping mall and the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. However, the rooms struggled to stay cool and the breakfast setup was quite inconvenient. Overall, it's good value for money, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooms were quite large and generally clean, although I did notice a few ants here and there. The bathroom was also spacious and cleaner than many other places I've stayed in Thailand. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with extra pillows or any questions I had. The location was convenient for me as everything was nearby, but the dining experience could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a good value for a couple of nights, though there were a few issues to consider.
